Residential
Residential alarm systems equipped with wired and/or wireless sensors can alert you to potential intruders, environmental hazards, malfunctioning sump pumps, low temperatures, and fires, among other threats. Add outdoor protections, infrared beams, and outdoor motion to stop intruders before they enter the building.

Commercial
Commercial alarm systems can monitor intruders and, when combined with card access, can be an ideal solution for managing a building. The Paradox EVO high-security alarm system can scan up to 192 zones, eight partitions, 999 users, and support access control for up to 32 doors.

Monitoring
A 24-hour ULC-listed monitoring station provides around-the-clock service. DigiCam can instantly alert anyone, following the instructions provided by the client to the monitoring staff. Monitoring is available via phone line or cell network.

Enviromental
Restaurants and commercial operations can benefit from various sensors attached to the alarm system. For example, a temperature probe can monitor freezers and coolers for low and high temperatures, including compensation for defrosting cycles, which can save thousands if a freezer stops working.

Camera
Alarm systems now have cameras built into the motion sensors. These cameras record 20 seconds of video when the alarm is triggered to determine the cause of the alarm situation. There is a live view available via the app; however, these cameras are not intended as replacements for traditional security cameras.

Self Monitoring
If 24-hour professional monitoring is not required, an IP module can connect the alarm system to the internet, allowing for remote access and control. The app can manage the system and receive instant push notifications for alarm events. This service is subscription-based and paid yearly.
